15 Ways You Can Use Rosemary Oil Today
Rosemary is one of my most favorite essential oils! I love the fresh smell and I use it in all of my home made cleaning recipes to keep my house smelling like spring. It's such a versatile oil and here are 15 ways you can start using it in your home today!
Respiratory Aid - Rub on your chest every couple of hours to aid with chest congestion and cough. Diffuse for sinusitis and nasal congestion.
Memory/Focus - Diffuse to stimulate memory, focus and inspiration
Antiseptic - Rosemary has antiseptic qualities and can be used on scrapes, cuts and even in mouthwash!
Pain Relief - Use topically, diluted with fractionated coconut oil to ease headache and muscle pain, use in the bath to soak tired achy muscles.
Hair Health - add to coconut oil to use as a conditioner for your hair or rub into the scalp for a stimulating massage. Rosemary is said to stimulate hair growth so use on areas you want to grow more hair.
Increase Circulation - Great for stimulating circulation in legs and energizing the body
Cooking - use as a substitute for rosemary in culinary dishes
Soothing massage - Dilute with fractionated coconut oil and rub into sore areas to aid in easing muscle pain.
Support Immunity - Support the bodies natural immunity by diffusing or adding to veggie capsules and taking internally.
Oral Health - 1 drop in a shot glass of water for fresh breath and to disinfect the mouth
